# Cline

> Use Flow AI models in Cline for VS Code.

[Cline](https://cline.bot) is a coding agent for VS Code. Connect it to Flow AI with its OpenAI Compatible provider.

### Create a key

Create a key for Cline on [API keys](https://ai.hyperflow.fun/console/keys), with a [spending limit](https://ai.hyperflow.fun/console/keys).

### Configure the provider

1. Open Cline's settings.
2. Set **API Provider** to **OpenAI Compatible**.
3. Set **Base URL** to `https://ai.hyperflow.fun/v1`.
4. Paste your key into **API Key**.
5. Set **Model ID** to a model id such as `openai/gpt-6-luna`.

Pick a model with [tool calling](/features/tool-calling) and a large context window; Cline sends long prompts with many tools.
